She was predeceased by: her husband Hoke Oliver; her daughter Melissa Ann Davis; her parents, Allen Foskey and Louraine Williams Foskey; and her siblings, Pam Foskey Palmer, Doyle Foskey and Jeff Foskey.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Davis Powell (Rick) of Vidalia; her stepson Brian Oliver (Tammy) of Lyons; her granddaughters, Britany Powell Gibson (Ryan) of Statesboro, Emily Powell of Vidalia and Abigail Oliver of Lyons; her great grandchild Gabriel Martinez; and her siblings, Glenda Mosley of Vidalia, Joy Smith (Lewis) of Brunswick, Opal Dean Fowler (Durward) of Reidsville, Phyllis Boutwell of Texas, Gail Morgan of Vidalia, Vernon Foskey (Rose Ann), Fred Foskey (Jane) of Vidalia and Greg Foskey (Weada) of Vidalia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
