She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Rawlins; and her siblings, Amerilus Scott and Jerry Blount. She is survived by: her children, Joe Moon of Hazlehurst and Esther "Missy" Welch (Kenny) of Hazlehurst; her sister Melba Brooks (Charles) of Macon; and her grandchildren, Jodie Dunn, Joseph Moon and Kendra Welch. She is also survived by Several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
