She was predeceased by: her husband Jemell; her parents, Wiley Wilkes and Florence Boyd Wilkes; her brother Jack Wilkes; and her daughter-in-law Ruth Hutcheson Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Allen of Vidalia, Donna D. Hughes of Vidalia and Stacy Boyd Allen of Vidalia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
