She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lee Knowles and Mary Lanier Knowles; her husband Tommy Vann; and her siblings, Janey Knowles and Lee Frank Knowles.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Hampton of Hinesville, GA, Ansha Lucas of Decatur, GA and Christopher Holliman (Darlene) of Mesa, AZ; her godson John J. Pedesclaux of Decatur, GA; her siblings, Willie Lanier of Vidalia, GA, Edith Gwinn (Vinson) of Atlanta, GA and Sarah Hart (Grady Sr.) of Vidalia, GA; her grandchildren, Desheika, Laqeisha, Freddie Jr., Jaden, Mariah, Chance and Madison; and her cousin Annie Lou Robinson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and loving relatives and friends.
