He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Frances Wiggins of Kibbee; his sons, Chuck Wiggins (Myra) of Baxley, Jeffrey Wiggins (Debbie) of Harrisburg and Matthew Wiggins (Brittany) of Ailey; his siblings, Edward Wiggins (Louise) of Cedar Crossing, Willard Wiggins (Judy) of Cedar Crossing, Ken Wiggins of Toombs County, Earl Wiggins (Jean) of Baxley, Lucy Wiggins Moody of Toombs County, Linda Bratton (Billy) of Cedar Crossing and Nancille Copeland of Cedar Crossing; his grandchildren, Cliff Sellers (Elena) of Hoboken, Brandon Black of Augusta, Brianna Carver (Kameron) of Baxley, Elyssa Wiggins, Mason Wiggins of Harrisburg, Brantley Wiggins of Statesboro, Arlie Gooden and Jackson Gooden of Ailey; his great grandchildren, Blakelyn Carver, Tristan Carver and Bella Carver; and his nieces and nephews, Kayden, Alivia, Reven and Ella Grace.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 689 Old Kibbee Road North, Vidalia, GA 30474.
