We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2021, at the age of 82, Louis Fay Starra Jr. (Vidalia, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fay Starra, Sr. and Ruth Collins Starra; and his brother Wendell Starra. He is survived by: his wife Wynne Beasley Starra of Vidalia; his daughters, Cheryl Starra Willett of Vidalia and Diane Starra Shipman (Steve) of Birmingham, Alabama; his sister Patricia Starra Kelly; his grandchildren, Jason Willett (Amy) of Lyons, Megan Morris (Chris) of Lyons, Matthew Shipman and Nicholas Shipman of Birmingham; and his great grandchildren, Jaycie Willett and Carson Montford.
