We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2019, Lorraine Napier (Vidalia, Georgia), born in Hooker, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard James Scott and Mary Frances Hampstead Scott. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Lynn Napier and Peggy Jo Smith of Illinois; her brothers, Jim Scott of California, Rodney Scott of Gray, Lyons Scott and David Linn Scott of Michigan; and also Tonya Hulett of Johnson Corner. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
