He was predeceased by: his parents, Verbie Willis and Clyde Willis; and his siblings, Johnny Willis, Joe Willis, Shirley Gladden and Georgia Nell Dees.
He is survived by: his spouse Sue Willis; his children, Martha Willis and Margie Willis Reaves; his siblings, Betty Howell, Veronica Lane, Neil Willis and Harold Willis; and his grandchildren, Kyle Willis, Matthew Reaves, Laura Cartrette, Lily Nichols and Emily Cartrette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
