He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Mosley and Ruby Lee McCoy Mosley; and his brother Bobby Mosley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mosley of Blue Ridge; his children, Keith Mosley (Juana) of Santa Claus, Brian Mosley of Blue Ridge, Jamey Gates (Allison) of Cedar Crossing, Lagena Whitaker (Jamie) of Vidalia and Stacy Lee Mosley of Lyons; his brother David Mosley of Lyons; and his grandchildren, Emilee Whitaker, Austin Mosley, Lily Mosley, Allie Whitaker, Jamison Gates, Ava Mosley, Kipp Mosley and Payton Mosley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
