Spivey; her sons, Devan Carter and Dalton Carter; her mother Carolyn Dinkins of Vidalia; and her sisters, Penny Godbey of Brunswick, Nikki Fox of Panama City, Michelle Miness and Lorie Wells. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
