He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Braddy and Emma Braddy; and his brother John Quincy "Pete" Braddy. He is survived by: his children, Tracy (Sheila Braddy) and Michelle (Scott Rhodes); his wife Joan W. Braddy; his grandchildren, Lauren (Michael Stanley) and Brittany Braddy; his cousin Gary (Barbara Braddy); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Braddy of Mount Vernon, Billy (Nolie Williams) and Earl (Shirley Williams) of Uvalda. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
