He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles Preston "Buddy" Lockley and Doris Pecola Kersey Lockley; his siblings, Millard Lockley, Milton Lockley, James Lockley, Mary Lockley Davis, Johnnie Will Lockley Davis and Marjorie Lockley Davis; and his daughter-in-law Diane Clark Lockley.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sharpe Lockley of Normantown; his children, Leah Lockley Fant (Barry) of Kathleen, John Lee Lockley, Sr. of Normantown and Jeff Lockley of Normantown; his grandchildren, Stephen Fant (Katey) of Warner Robins, John Lee Lockley, Jr. of Jacksonville, Carly Fant Bell (Jesse) of Kathleen and Myles Lockley (Cortney) of Normantown; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Grace Bell and Caroline Mary Fant.
