He was predeceased by: his son Hunter Conner; his parents, F. J. Conner and Carrie Mae Williams Conner; and his brother Paul Conner. He is survived by: his wife Ida Jane Sapp Conner of Vidalia; his sons, Johnny Mack Conner II (Patricia) of Midville and Michael Thad Conner (Lucretia) of Oak Park; his stepson Jim Turner of Brunswick; his sisters, Dale Conner Clark of Uvalda and Pansy Conner Corbett of Hawkinsville; his grandchildren, Logan Conner, Matthew Conner, Joseph Conner and Emily Conner; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Conner of Glennville and Joe Sapp of Lake Hartwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
