He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn Coleman; his son William Lee Coleman; and his parents, Willie E. Coleman and Thelma Carter Coleman. He is survived by: his children, Julia Aqunio of Ft. Lauderdale, Jeanette Coleman of Ft. Lauderdale, Jerry Coleman, Jr., Joey Coleman of Douglasville and Vickie Coleman of Delaware; and his sister Delores O'Keefe of Boone. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
