He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Sasha Dyan Mixon; and his parents, Wilder Jordan Wilkes and Alma Price Wilkes. He is survived by: his wife Christine Tapley Wilkes of Vidalia; his children, Buck Randall Wilkes of Ft. Pierce and Cindy Mixon of Lyons; his grandchildren, Anthony Wilkes (Megan) of South Carolina, Kayla Purcell (Mike) of Tucson and Camille Mixon Smith (Caleb) of Lyons; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Lealyn, Emmie, Ellie, Peyton, Ridge, Izzybelle, Weston and Drake.
