She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Beckum; and her parents, Carl Mixon and Inez Williamson Mixon. She is survived by: her children, Alex Beckum (Joy), Patti Beckum McCall (David) of St. Marys and Thomas Beckum, Jr. (Paige) of Berkeley Lake; her siblings, Barbara Scott of Vidalia, Warren "Bubba" Mixon (Diane) of Vidalia, Murlene Mixon of Vidalia and Judy Pittman of Lyons; and her grandchildren, Lucas Beckum, Leigha Kirkley, Rebecca Erin Wasson, Rachel Rushton, Kevin McCall, Kaiden Beckum and Cody Beckum. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
