She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ivey and Mozelle Robinson Ivey. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Cook of Vidalia; her children, Charles L. Cook, Jr. (Melissa) of Clover, Amanda "Mandy" Cook of Vidalia and Tim L. Cook, Sr. (Evelyn) of Swainsboro; her adoptive son Michael O'Neal (Annette) of Baxley; her brother Ronald Ivey of Carthage; her grandchildren, Melissa Wilson (Ronnie) of Clover, Timothy Cook, Jr. (Gari) of Savannah, Michael McAndrew of York, Gabriel McAndrew of Clover and Ryan Roe (Amanda) of Metter; and her great grandchildren, Kate, Alex, Rhett and Brayden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
