He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tammy McCoy Stephens; his children, Jason Stephens, Meghan Stephens and Madison Stephens; his granddaughter Lily Ann Stephens; his parents, Patricia Stephens and Reggie Stephens; his brothers, Lee Stephens (Jennifer) of Vidalia and Pate Stephens (Kelly) of Vidalia; and his siblings-in-law, Darrell McCoy (Leslie) of Vidalia, Terry McCoy of Vidalia, Rita McCoy of Vidalia and Tracy Boatright (Brad) of Mt. Vernon. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
