He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Clements of Vidalia and John Roy Lively of Stillmore; his grandparents, Roy and Jackie Clements of Cedar Crossing; his aunts and uncles, Kim (Destry Henry) of Cedar Crossing, Billy (Mandy Lively) of Cedar Crossing, Janice (Larry Davis) of Cedar Crossing, Jimmie Sue Wilkes of Cedar Crossing, Raiford Blount (Jerris Blount) of Cedar Crossing, Louise (Jerry Hitchcock) of Cedar Crossing and Robbie Clements (Samantha) of Cedar Crossing; his cousins, Jaxon Clements of Cedar Crossing, Nate Clements of Swainsboro, Melanie Clements of Hazlehurst, Brandon Bowen of Vidalia, Ross Bowen of Vidalia, Georgana Bowen of Vidalia, Brad Davis and Priscilla Sikes of Cedar Crossing; his friends, Ronnie, Mikki Kilgore and Dakota Kilgore; and also Makenzie Kilgore of Lyons.
