He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton Thompson and Myrtle Williams Thompson. He is survived by: his spouse Sally Jo Thompson; his children, April T. Clark (Keith) and David M. Thompson (Sarah); his brother James A. Thompson (Peggy); and his granddaughters, Mahaylee Grace Thompson of Vidalia and Emily Thompson of Vidalia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
