He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Turner Fowler and Boise Williams. He is survived by: his son Isaac Jr.; his wife Sharon; his children, Jason Dodds (Luisa), Lisa Dodds-Francis (DeYun) and Leshawn Hastings (Sicurra); and his siblings, Kathleen, Christine, Andrew Jr. and Renarda. He is also survived by his wife, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and the rest of his family.
