He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Foskey Oliver of Vidalia; his children, Brian Oliver (Tammy) of Lyons and Kimberly Davis Powell (Rick) of Vidalia; his granddaughters, Britany Powell Gibson (Ryan), Emily Powell and Abigail Oliver; his great grandchild Gabriel Martinez; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Oliver of Metter and Helen Oliver of Effingham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
