He is survived by: his wife Ann Vogt of Vidalia; his children, Michael Vogt of Brooklyn, NY, Christine Davids (William) of Brooklyn, NY, Katye Vogt, Carolyne Zavardino of Oviedo, FL and Kellye Vogt of Vidalia, GA; his stepson Dustin Kidd of Vidalia, GA; his siblings, Barbara Mullen (Dan) of Newport, NC and Wesley; and his sister-in-law Cindy Nunn of Milledgeville, GA.. He is also survived by twelve Grandchildren, three Great Grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
