He was predeceased by: his parents, P. H. Toole and Helen Mulkey Toole; his sisters, Donnell Toole Shead, Joanne Toole NeeSmith and Kaye Toole Blankenship; his brother-in-law Gleen Nasworthy; and his nephews, Junior Shead and Brad Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Toole of Vidalia; his sons, Barry Toole (Tracy) of Vidalia and Rodney Toole (Heather) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Casey McGowan (Tyler) of Raeford, Alexis Toole of Jonesboro, Rayna Toole of Lyons and Brandon Sinor of Beaufort; his siblings, Glenda Toole Nasworthy and Larry Toole (Sandra) of Johnson Corner; and his brother-in-law Russell NeeSmith of Richmond Hill.
