He was predeceased by: his father John Lewis Wiggins; and his brother John Keith Wiggins. He is survived by: his son Harrell Lewis Wiggins, Jr. of Round; his mother Myrle Sowell of Vidalia; and his brother Taryl Wiggins of Uvalda. He is also survived by two nephews, one niece, and many cousins and friends.
