She was predeceased by: her husband George L. Mosley; her children, Doug Mosley and Jackie Mosley Mullins; her parents, Allen Foskey and Lorraine Williams; and her siblings, Pamela Palmer, Jeff Foskey, Doyle Foskey and Patricia "Pat" Foskey Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Hilda Mosley Gay (Tiffany) and Jimmy Mosley (Emily) of Brunswick; her siblings, Vernon Foskey (Rose Ann) of Uvalda, Fred Foskey (Jane) of Vidalia, Greg Foskey (Weeda) of Vidalia, Joy Foskey Smith (Lewis) of Brunswick, Opal Foskey Fowler (Durward) of Lyons, Phyllis Foskey Boutwell of Texas and Gail Foskey Morgan of Vidalia; and her grandchildren, Shannon Mullins, Dwayne Mullins, Lucy Duncan, April Crews (Ed), Glenda Mosley and David Mosley. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
