He is survived by: his sisters, Jean McDougald Holton of Charlotte and Margaret McDougald Pepe of Snellville; his niece Debra Falank (Kevin) of Charlotte; and his nephews, Eric Pepe (Jan) of Lawrenceville and Jason Pepe (Shannon) of Lawrenceville.
