She was predeceased by: her father Albert Powell; and her brother Ronald Powell. She is survived by: her mother Leila Baldwin; her aunt Christine Baldwin; her daughters, Shelley Bailey (Donte) and Shanna Baldwin; her grandchildren, Alex Bailey, Alexis Bailey, Alona Bailey, Ashlyn Bailey and Jamall Baldwin; her siblings, Deborah Rowell (Lamar), Beverly Wiggins, Saralyn McNeal (Boykin), Joe (Wayne), Louis Baldwin (Fiona), Trina Corbett (Topia), Wilbert Alfonso Baldwin, Linda Taylor and Christopher Powell; and her aunts and uncles, France Phillips (Ben), Jerome Powell (Mary) and Jereline Powell. She is also survived by son siblings in Philadelphia; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A wake was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Vincent R. Drummer Funeral Home (211 W Liberty Ave, Lyons, GA 30436). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen True-Vine Holiness Unto the Lord Church (506 Peachtree St, Vidalia, GA 30474).
