He was predeceased by: his parents, Senator F. Kramer and Ruby Mae Powell Kramer; and his siblings, Foster Kramer, Tom Kramer, Barbara Kramer, Jeanette Kramer Bates and Joanne Kramer Ovens.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Kramer; his sons, Keith Kramer of Cedar Crossing and Melvin Kramer (Vicki) of Cedar Crossing; his daughter-in-law Tonya Kramer of Vidalia; his grandchildren, Keisha Kramer Powell (Derek), Ethan Kramer (Hali), Jodi Kramer and Jeremy Kramer; his great grandchildren, Landon, Natilyn, Sawyer and Caroline; and his siblings, Billy Kramer (Shelby), Dale Kramer (Ellen) and Doris Horn of Hawaii.
