She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Waters and Dalsie Marie Hagan Waters; and her brother Ray Waters. She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Waugh of Vidalia; her children, Donald Steven Waugh (Cindi) of Naples, Florida, Anna Marie Tyson (John) of Vidalia and Donna F. Hamilton (Mitch) of Vidalia; her brother Paul Waters (Marylyn) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Daniel Harrell (Cassie), Blair Brady (Art), Josh Harrell (Allison), Laura Dowd (Taylor), Mack Waugh (Katie) and Ian Brown (Jessi); her great grandchildren, Carter Harrell, Carson Harrell, Luke Harrell, Rachel Dowd, Lily Mack Brady, Willie Brady, Kaylee Waugh, Brooks Harrell, Harben Brady, Ryan Waugh and Hailey Waugh; and her caregiver Ingrid Tukes.
