He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fields of Normantown; his children, Erica Fields of Oak Park, Slade Fields of Tarrytown, Tabitha Fields of Uvalda, Karrie Hillis of Lyons and Nelson Hernandez of Normantown; his parents, Joyce Hadden Fields of Normantown and E. L. Fields (Kelley) of Odum; and his siblings, Rhonda Fields Edge and Randy Fields of Statesboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
