He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cannon and Reba Cannon; and his siblings, James W. "Buddy" Cannon and Edris C. Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Viola Strickland Cannon; his daughter Rhonda Cannon Edge (Steve); his grandchildren, Justin Edge and Christina Edge Phillips (Craig); his great grandchildren, Harley Phillips of Soperton and Brooklynn Phillips of Soperton; and his nephew Gary Kennedy of Collins.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospice Foundation, PO Box 2277, Vidalia, GA 30475 or to Vidalia Christian Advent Church.
