With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ed Rowland of Vidalia, Georgia, who passed away on April 28, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy W. Rowland; his parents, James Mathis Rowland and Gladys Phillips Rowland; and his siblings, J. W. Rowland, Margaritte Rowland Usher and Lynette Rowland Joiner.
He is survived by: his sons, Joe William Davis (Katherine) of Vidalia and Eddie Rowland (Charlene) of Smiths Station; his brother Dale Rowland (Brandy) of Lyons; his grandchildren, Maura Davis Smith (Ronnie) of Lumber City, Leslie Rowland of Phenix City, Will Davis (Valerie Radford) of Clarksburg, Miles Abramowitz of Smiths Station, Trevor Rowland of Carrolton, Jacob Rowland of Dublin and Joseph Rowland of Dublin; and his great grandchildren, Lakelee, Jolee and Chance.
