He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Bert Haynes and Eunice Pauline Fordham Haynes; his wife Sue Ellen Carey Haynes; and his siblings, Eunice, Dothel, Marion, Charles, Dearl, Early, Vearl, David, Lonnie, Byron, Bobby, John and Albert Haynes.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Taylor (Alan Giles), Dwight Haynes (Jamie), Angela Strickland (Gary) and Tonya Blake; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Samantha, Dallas, Abby, Gage, Jacelyn, Vance, Brooklyn, Maci and Raya; his great grandchildren, Kazie, Bryleigh and Cassie; and his sisters, Vodice Faircloth of Oak Park, Thelma Neuman of Vidalia, Nettie Carr (Jim) of Jacksonville and Barbara Meeks of Vidalia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
