It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Frailey (Vidalia, Georgia), born in Lyons, Georgia, who passed away on July 22, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Daniel Holmes and Flora Bell James Holmes; and her brothers, Bill Holmes, Frank Holmes and Henry Holmes.
She is survived by: her daughter Pat Frailey White of Vidalia; and her siblings, Rose Musgrove (Ronnie) of Vidalia and Jim Holmes (Pat) of Higgston. She is also survived by two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
