He was predeceased by: his wife Lora Ann Shumack Bacon; his parents, Cecil Patrick Bacon and Edna Eulene Soles Bacon; and his sister Patricia Bacon. He is survived by: his daughters, Desiree Galbreath and Brittney Bacon of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Duane Galbreath of Sharpespur and Cheyenne of Atlanta; his siblings, Debbie Bacon Howell of Jacksonville, Linda Gale Bacon, Jimmy Darryl Soles (Susan) of Macon and Ricky Bacon; and his nephew Brandon Patrick Howell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
