We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Dolly Rhodes (Vidalia, Georgia), born in Trafford, Pennsylvania. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Dolly Rhodes to show support.

She was predeceased by: her husband Mayor Norwood Rhodes; her daughter Peggy Rhodes Winn; her parents, Frank Lavish and Margaret Gabriel Lavish; and her brother Harry Lavish (Libby).

She is survived by: her son Billy Rhodes of Vidalia; her son-in-law Hewell Winn of Eatonton; her granddaughters, Lisa Rhodes Woodman (Cliff) of St. Simons Island, Dana Winn of Eatonton and Christy Anthony (Walter) of Atlanta; and her great grandchild Whitney Gay Horne (Daniel) of Vidalia.
