She was predeceased by: her father James R. O'Neal, Sr.; her grandparents, Robert, Mary Cochran O'Neal, J. R. and Beulah Craft Adams; and her uncles, Hubert F. O'Neal, John A. Adams and Danny H. Adams.
She is survived by: her mother Gail Adams O'Neal of Lyons; her brother James R. O'Neal, Jr. of Macon; her aunts, Sandra Adams of Lyons and Anella Adams of Vidalia; her chihuahua Squirrely; and her pets, Sheba and Snowball. She is also survived by numerous friends, cousins and other relatives.
