She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Lee Osborne; her daughter Sheila Dixon; her parents, Ephriam Calvin Cannady and Janie Halligan Cannady of Missouri; and her siblings, Maudie Womack, Laura Bell, Florence Dexter, Buddy Cannady and Nellie Lofton.

She is survived by: her children, Faith Osborne Faircloth (David) of Treutlen County, Michelle L. Toole (Hilbert) of East Dublin and Clifford Osborne, Jr. (Carolyn) of Soperton; and her sisters, Eva Harden of Lyons, Frances Bourghtlzer of Jacksonville and Sue Toole (Ivy) of Johnson Corner. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
