It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coach Ralph Parsons (Vidalia, Georgia), born in Keokee, Virginia, who passed away on August 10, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Parsons and Grace Legg Parsons; and his siblings, Gaynell Parsons, Gordon Parsons, Roger Parsons and Fred Parsons.
He is survived by: his spouse Betty Reagan Parsons; his son Hal R. Parsons, Jr.; his wife Beth; his grandsons, Harold R. "Tripp" Parsons, III of Savannah and William Bryce Parsons of Savannah; his siblings, Inez York of Detroit, Dick Parsons (Celia) of Harrodburg, Dennis Parsons of Savannah and Myra Kunuth of Big Flats; his sister-in-law Mary Wasden of Millen; his nieces, Judy McAlhany, Patsy Kitchens, Calvin Mosley and Garland Smith; and also, Bill Copeland and Sue Copeland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
