With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Gale Tapley of Vidalia, Georgia, who passed away on February 6, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denton Duston Tapley, Sr. and Bessie Whitaker Tapley; her brothers, Jack W. Tapley and Bobby H. Tapley; and her nephews, Roderick Tapley and David Tapley Kight.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Rollison Boyd of Albany and Desmond Robert Schneider of Macon; her siblings, Dustin Tapley, Jr. (Betty) of Vidalia and Dale Tapley Edwards of Vidalia; her grandsons, John Glen Boyd (Robin) of Beaufort, SC and William Robert Boyd (Hannah) of Greenville, SC; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Tapley of Vidalia and Elizabeth Tapley of Peachtree City, GA. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
