She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee O'Neal and Winifred Bernhardt O'Neal of Greensboro. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Graham (Donnie), Nicole Spivey (Daniel), Meghan Twisdale (Anthony) and Ryan Thompson; her grandchildren, Whitley Powell, Seth Spivey, Tucker Spivey, Jackson Twisdale and Peyton Twisdale; her great grandchild Cooper Hattaway; her sister Elaine Marks; her niece Stephanie Poole; and her nephew Paul Marks.
A public memorial service will not be held due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a local Hospice of your choice.
