He was predeceased by: his parents, Berry C. Carroll and Delma Lorraine Moore Carroll; his siblings, Virginia Carroll Black, Sara Carroll Ford, Doris Carroll Pearson, Hazel Carroll Roberts and Randall Carroll; and his friend Ben Roy McLendon.
He is survived by: his pet Oscar; his son-in-law John; his daughters, Marylou Carroll Henry (Eddie) of Higgston, Shirley Carroll Somers (John) of Vidalia and Anessa Carroll Kirkley (Vince) of Vidalia; his grandchildren, Melissa Stephens, Rachel Marshall (Matt), Savanna Fowler (Tim), Eddie Henry (Abby), Jes Somers and Cory Kirkley (Casey); his great grandchildren, Evan Stephens, Gray Stephens, Mila Marshall, Mason Marshall, Casen Kirkley and Christian Kirkley; and his siblings, Dick Carroll (Evelyn) and Shirley Carroll Thompson of Vidalia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
