She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert "Rabbit" Fortner; her daughter Simone Dixon; her parents, Willard "Bill" Burch and Sara Elizabeth Beckworth Burch; and her brother Jakie Burch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gina Sumner (Randy) of Marietta and Natalie Mosley (Jason) of Vidalia; her grandchildren, Daniel Wiggins (Wendy) of Macon, Ashley Wiggins of Marietta, Christy Dixon of Mt. Vernon, Savannah Beach (Patrick) of Uvalda, Cheyenna Garner of Uvalda, Denny Garner II (Ashley) of Vidalia, Randall Dixon of Mt. Vernon, Macy Mosley and Jackson Mosley of Vidalia; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Autumn, Peter, Finn, Jameson and Ezra.
