She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Cowart and Jeanette Tyson Galbreath; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Melissa Dailey Gordy. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Gordy of Millen and Terry Gordy of Vidalia; her brother Billy Cowart (Sue) of Kingsland; and her grandsons, Shawn Phillip Gordy (Elle) of Texas, Ryan Phillip Gordy of Vidalia and Kelly D. Gordy of Vidalia.
