He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Cliff and Janice Rachel Jones Cliff; his sister Rebecca Darlene Cliff; and his son-in-law Nathan Clark. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cliff, MD; his children, Caitlyn Clark of Savannah, Tyler Cliff of Vidalia and Joshua Cliff of Vidalia; his granddaughter Olivia Clark of Savannah; his sisters, Shelia McCranney (Thomas) of Gray and Brenda Jespersen of Gray; his mother-in-law Rubye Taylor of Villa Rica; his brothers-in-law, Guerry Taylor (Sabrina) of Dallas and Greg Taylor (Paula) of Sugarland, Texas; and his cousin George Cliff of Milledgeville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
