He is survived by: his wife Winda "Faye" Kirkley NeeSmith; his children, Alicia Partin (Lester) of Lyons and Rayford NeeSmith (Vickie) of Vidalia; his grandchildren, Ramie Davis (Ryan) of Lyons, Jeffrey NeeSmith of Okinawa, Raylee NeeSmith of Lyons, Allison Conrad of Vidalia and Craig Conrad of Vidalia; and his great grandchildren, Slayden and Samuel Davis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
