It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Thigpen of Vidalia, Georgia, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Willie Thigpen of Vidalia; her parents, Tom Ellis Cason and Sarah Elizabeth Carpenter Cason; and her siblings, Frances Willis, Thomas Franklin Cason, Gene Cason and Wallace Cason.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Craven (Johnny) of Charleston, SC, Danny Thigpen (Gina), Stacy Randall-Toole (Ivy) of Lyons, GA and Rachel Stewart (Glynn) of Lyons, GA; her niece Ann Absher of Alston, GA; her grandchildren, Ashley Wilson, Danielle McDonald (Jason), Casey Woods (Erica), Kayla Osting (Cody), Macy Stewart (Cole), Dawson Stewart and Brody Lee Randall; and her great grandchildren, Briann Wilson, Gracie Leigh Woods, Lee McDonald and Emma Woods. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
