She was predeceased by: her husband Acy Guin; and her parents, Joseph Edgar "Jody" Horne and Mary Ann Riggs Horne. She is survived by: her children, Blane Rollins of Vidalia, Steve Rollins (Michelle) of Louisville, Andy Rollins of Vidalia, Brad Rollins (Diane) of Evans, Mark Rollins (Debbie) of Augusta and Jay Rollins (Vicky) of Culloden; and her brother Sydney Horne of St. Simons, Island. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
