He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Maxwell Sr. and Mary Lou Maxwell McGee; and his wife Cynthia A. Maxwell. He is survived by: his children, Katrina N. Maxwell of Valdosta, GA, Cedric J. Maxwell of Valdosta, GA, Regina Maxwell of Valdosta, GA and Lita L. Mitchell of Valdosta, GA; and his siblings, Williose Hobbs of Valdosta, GA, Artie B. Sloan of Valdosta, GA, Anna Davis of Valdosta, GA and Wilbert Turner of Valdosta, GA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; seven brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

All those who wish to pay their respect in person must wear a mask during the visitation and at the graveside service.
